What time should I reserve my return ticket on the shinkansen?We will leave the winery at 3 p.m. When reserving your shinkansen ticket,
the departure time should be 4:40 p.m. or later.
Cancelation policyFrom 7 days before the tour date to 2 days before: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
From the day before to the day of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
If you are late for the shuttle departure time your reservation is voided.
We cannot change your reservation or provide a refund. This applies even in the case where you arrive late because of a problem with some other transportation facility.
